I just booked my ST seats and it was very simple. Reading your comments if I was looking at anything other than the most straight forward requirement they will revert back to classic West Ham operations.

Re: New OS render HOT-POINTLESS BICKERING THREAD
Anyone wishing to upgrade children's tickets to adult for the Juventus game, will not be able to do so through the eticketing portal. Upgrades will have to be done over the phone.

I called the ticket office and apparently this is due to it being a new system. There are potentially plans to enable this for future games, although it all seemed rather vague to me.

I do hope they resolve this as the thought (and cost) of sitting in the ticket office phone queue is not particularly appealing.

It's worrying because if they don't make this process quick and easy, they will have lots of empty seats (or lots of people attempting to bunk in on kids tickets).

I've essentially got 3 kids tickets, and the intention for the Juventus game (as it will be for most of the season), will be to upgrade one of them for friends who want to take their kids. If I can do this online, the seats will be occupied for every game. If I have to pay shed loads to waste my time in a phone queue, there is a lot higher chance they will end up unoccupied.

Just used the new ticketmaster system to book my Juve tickets. Excellent system, no pissing about like the old West Ham one, done and authorised in about 2 minutes.

All I can say is, about fucking time West Ham. Well done.

Why would Corporate have kids prices?

For the masses of hospitality offering paperboys keen to expand their round?

Re: upgrading ticket for Juve game
could have been worse - corporate this year doesn't even have kids prices

Re: upgrading ticket for Juve game
I've got a 1966 seat and the pricing in the email shows adult, u21 and child tickets at £50 each - outrageous to expect parents to shell out £50 for a child ticket in a friendly game

They do, just not OS STs.

Who can I email/ring asking about getting a paper ticket for this? Current TO have nothing to do with OS sales.

I guess the only way to know if they've priced it correctly, is by the attendance.

I reckon it'll be a full house.

Re: upgrading ticket for Juve game
£35 for a friendly against a team who won't play anywhere near their first team in a pre-season kick around is fair? Well fuck me sideways, as I said, more money than sense.

Irionically I WAS going to go to this being summer and my birthday around that time but they can stick it for 40 sheets.

I thought all tickets were £20/£10?

Re: upgrading ticket for Juve game
There are U21 rates, Huffinho, as follows:

B1 = £450
B2 = £399
B3 = £299
B4 = £250

Dunno what Band 5 is as that wasn't in the initial release and I can't be arsed to look.

Re: upgrading ticket for Juve game
The minority of seats are £20, OtB, far more are costing £40 and above.

Let's do facts rather than spin eh?
